I have been involved in life coaching for over 15 years and I have seen tremendous changes take place in those I have had the privilege of coaching.
I believe that within you, is an awesome potential. Coaching will help identify what it is you want to achieve with your life spot the barriers that are stopping you so that you can achieve your potential, and enjoy your future.
David and Jeanette set out in 1994 whilst running a homeless unit of 24 men with a dream to see lives changed. In 1999 they opened a counselling centre in Newport Pagnell, Milton Keynes, to reach out and help those people around them who were hurting with addiction problems. In 2006 they moved to their present three-storey building offering addiction counselling, general counselling services, support, befriending and working with families.
It has been a great journey of learning which they are still embarking on to this day. They would like to offer to you some of the things they have learnt by sharing some of their insights, and by passing on the relevant techniques and skills which they have employed in their daily work.
David and Jeanette have been involved in life coaching since 1999. David has been trained to an advanced level in general counselling. David has developed specific skills and expertise in the area of addiction counselling and in 1993 he attended Ruskin College Oxford and obtained a diploma in the misuse of drugs, alcohol, and related HIV issues. Since 1999 David has used and developed motivational coaching to help people find out where they are going, what is stopping them and how to find the solutions to succeed.
Jeanette is a trained counsellor and currently studying for a degree in child and youth studies she holds a certificate in health and social care.
